These were a series of conceptual ads made during my time at Virginia Tech about the ecoATM, which is a machine that you can dump your old phones in and it pays you in cash right on the spot. They will either resell your phone if it still holds value or recycle it responsibly. The concept of these ads was that the ecoATM was an ancient deity of sorts and that the phones were worshipping the ecoATM in order to reach their responsible, good afterlife. One ad uses Maya and Aztec imagery, the next uses Egyptian mythology (the ecoATM represents Anubis, the god of the afterlife) and the last draws inspiration from the Greeks (the ecoATM represents Hades, god of the underworld).
